Returns and Exchanges
Miss Martini Online Boutique accepts items for exchange within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to offer any exchange on;
- pierced earrings
- clip on earrings
We encourage you to make your selection carefully.
SALE items are considered final sale and are unable to be exchanged. Items that show wear and tear are unable to be exchanged. Shipping costs are also non refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item/items purchased through the Miss Martini Online Boutique you must contact us directly via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
The item/items may be exchanged for an online credit voucher in accordance with our exchange policy. The online credit voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and may only be redeemed online. All return shipping costs will be at the customer’s own expense. We do not hold any responsibility for missing parcels so we recommend you send items back with registered post or postal insurance.
A returns authorisation number will be emailed to you along with an exchange form that must be printed and completed and will be required along with the item/items for exchange.
We will determine on receipt of delivery of your returned item if it is eligible for an exchange or an online store credit. If your returned item complies with our requirements you will be notified and issued an Online Voucher Code. Online Credit Vouchers are valid for strictly 6 months from the date of issue.
Returns will not be accepted without prior notification.
Online Boutique purchases are unable to be returned in our Retail Store and must be returned through the Miss Martini Online Boutique.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Our team carefully checks all items before they are dispatched.
If for some reason an item arrives to you damaged or with a manufacturing fault we will happily repair or replace or refund the faulty/damaged item for you in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
You must notify us by direct email to email@example.com.
A faulty items form will be emailed to you to be printed and completed along with a returns authorisation number that will be required to assess the item once we have received it. A receipt of proof of purchase must accompany all faulty or damaged items that are returned to us.
Faulty items will only be accepted within 6 months of the original purchase date and must be accompanied by a receipt to show proof of purchase.
Please Note – Faulty items are those that have a genuine manufacturing fault. We do not consider general wear and tear and the loss of stones over time as a manufacturing fault.
In the event that we are unable to repair or replace the faulty item a refund for the amount paid for the item will be issued. Please allow 7-14 days for a refund to be processed.
